Wayne, NJ – FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Optical Devices Division announces that Bret Shisler has joined the company as its South Central Regional Sales Manager, effective July 28th. An experienced professional in the broadcast technology industry, Shisler replaces Dave Waddell, who has retired after spending over 30 years with the company.

Shisler brings a wealth of knowledge to Fujifilm’s Optical Devices Division, having spent 13 years with Sony Electronics as Sales Support Manager, Acquisition Products, where he was responsible for managing all Acquisition Sales Support Engineers in the U.S. During his time at Sony, he received numerous regional office awards and was honored twice with the Special Recognition Award – the highest award possible within the job category. Most recently, Shisler served as Enterprise Account Manager, at Texas-based equipment dealer Lubbock Audio Visual, a position he held for four years. He successfully opened the company’s Dallas/Fort Worth-area sales office.
During race days, Shisler can be found in Fort Worth at the Texas Motor Speedway where he serves as one of the Track Chaplains.
As sales manager for the South Central region of FUJIFILM’s Optical Devices Division, Shisler is responsible for all sales activity in the region, which includes: Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
